🐰 Bunny Barrels – Sandblasted & Anodized Aluminum Blaster Barrels

Upgrade your build with Bunny Barrels, our precision raw-extruded aluminum barrels finished with a professional-grade surface treatment. Each barrel features a ~12.8mm inner diameter and 16.1mm outer diameter, providing consistent internal dimensions and smooth airflow for a variety of builds.

⚙️ Finishing Process

Each Bunny Barrel is made from raw extruded aluminum and refined through a multi-step finishing process for a smooth, durable, and visually striking finish:

• 🪨 Sandblasted Surface: Removes imperfections and creates a uniform matte texture.

• ✂️ Chamfered Edges: Helps reduce dart wear and ensures smoother feeding.

• ✨ Anodized Finish: Adds a corrosion-resistant surface with vibrant, long-lasting color.

One variant will also feature threaded ends for direct compatibility with Worker blasters.

📏 Sizing Options

Available in 5 cm increments from 20 cm to 55 cm, allowing you to tailor your build’s configuration and appearance.

• MSRP: $0.45 per cm

• Pre-Order Price: $0.40 per cm (save $0.1 per cm when pre-ordering)

• 💡 Example: A 30 cm barrel is $13 MSRP or *$10.50 pre-order

• Note: Threaded Barrels cost $1 more per barrel compared to unthreaded and currently I am only carrying threaded in Steelmist Blue-Grey

📦 Lead Time: 60–120 day lead time due to production and shipping schedules.

🔧 Fitment Note

The outer diameter (OD) is approximately 16.1mm, slightly larger than standard 16mm barrels.
Because of this, Bunny Barrels may not fit blasters designed for Captain Slug’s 5/8" (~15.875mm) barrel standard — such as the Kingfisher, Excalibur, and similar builds.
If you’ve had fitment issues with Kury barrels, expect similar compatibility.
